Your Tasks:

  • Setting and implementation of standards and best practices amongst the IT Ops, monitoring and service desk teams
  • Managing all IT outsourcing partners, conducting vendor meetings and documenting and controlling vendor performance.
  • Supporting the CIO in definition and implementation of a policy framework for IT Operations
  • Responsibility for recertification of documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Implementation of IAM across internal applications
  • Performance management of IT Ops, Monitoring and Service desk and Market Ops teams.

Your Profile:

  • University degree with a background in business administration, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in a financial institution or regulated environment required
  • Experience in managing team members
  • Certified ITIL is beneficial
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies beneficial
  • Enthusiasm and initial experience in the area of digital assets are preferred
  • Team spirit, high level of commitment and initiative
  • Excellent German and English skills
